homes. We offer all phases of landscape installations from
a single landscape project to a comprehensive installation.
Our comprehensive landscape installation can be based on
the landscape design plan that we create or one you
provide. All works are installed in a professional manner
according to standard practices. Our installation expertise
includes stone patios, walkways, drystack rock walls, block walls,
wooden fences, lawn and garden preparation and installation. If,
after visiting our website portfolios
and talking to
us at your property, you still need convincing that we are the
landscaper for you, then we can arrange visits to some of our job
sites.
Once
you have authorized us to do the installation, we will have you
review and sign a comprehensive installation agreement regarding
lien rights as required by state law, liability and payment
issues. Then you will be given a target start and finish date.
If you must have your installation done on a specific date,
please let us know, so we can prioritize your project. However,
because of uncertain weather conditions, we cannot guarantee a
specific date, but that the work will start and finish within a
time frame. A 40% deposit is required prior to the installation;
the remainder is due after the installation done. Any
alterations to original plans involving extra costs will be
executed as a modification to the original bid for the
work.
